60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full refund if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of use. If you feel that the product isn't working for you or you haven't seen any improvements, we're happy to refund your purchase with no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it, without any signs of damage or excessive wear.


Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. All purchases include a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing issues or product defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or general wear and tear.


Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide video or photo evidence to support your claim.


Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our regular returns process.

  • The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included.
  • Once we receive your returned product(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

* Important Note: Please Do Not return any item without prior confirmation from our customer support team, as we need to be aware of the return. Unconfirmed returns may be considered lost packages, and we will not be able to take responsibility for them.
